Our client, a prominent player in the construction industry, is seeking a diligent and experienced Piping Mechanical Supervisor to ensure the successful execution of construction projects, adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: As the Piping Mechanical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entirety of construction projects, from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality guidelines throughout all project phases.
  • Coordinating and supervising construction activities, particularly in the domain of pipeline construction.
  • Managing external installation personnel and subcontractors.
  • Monitoring project progress and adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
  • Facilitating measurement and invoice verification processes.
  • Preparation and participation in acceptance tests and final documentation.
  • Collaborating with engineering departments for project preparation and assembly studies.
  • Planning, controlling, and reporting on project costs and budgets.
  • Facilitating constructability reviews and defining assembly concepts.
  • Organizing materials management and conducting assembly meetings.
  • Overseeing the preparation of execution documents and work permits.
  • Participating in official acceptance procedures and handing over installation documentation to clients.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Several years of experience in specialist construction management within Germany.
  • Profound knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations on construction sites.
  • Experience in chemical or petrochemical plant environments.
  • Vocational training coupled with a master craftsman, technician, or degree in mechanical or pipeline construction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders and clients.
  • Excellent written and spoken German; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with knowledge of scheduling programs being a plus.
