Airswift is seeking a Project Control Manager to work on a permanent with a major Oil & Gas Company.
The Project Control Manager is a dual role, operational and functional.
On the operational role, she/he will be responsible for leading and managing the effective deployment of Project Controls systems to all projects in the region, either local and GPC.
On the functional side, this role will be responsible for all aspects related to resources allocation and general management.
Ensure proper and consistent application of Project Control systems for the project portfolio: Documentation, Planning & Performance, Risk & Opportunities and Cost Control;
Oversight of the Project Controls techniques and best-practices being used in the region/globally;
Line Manager of Project Controls team, providing them all necessary and required support;
Integrating and consolidating appropriate project data when working in collaboration with partners;
Understanding factors on progress, time & cost performance of services, equipment and materials;
Giving presentations & facilitation of meetings with a range of project personnel and stakeholders to deploy the capabilities of the platforms /tools / systems;
Applying planning & scheduling methodologies to deliver to the projects portfolio;
Develop progress measurement tools to be used in the projects portfolio;
Lead the deployment of the project KPI system including dashboards, process and team culture for effective progress, time & cost performance and management;
Analysing KPI data and provide recommendations for management planning and decision making, to achieve optimum performance;
Supporting the project protocol for accountability on delivery and budgets;
Set up of cost management of the project portfolio;
Applying progress, time & cost control management techniques and process;
Applying procedure for and reporting Document control activity;
Develop and integrate Risk & Opportunity management, applying qualitative and quantitative KPIs;

University degree.  experience in Finance and/or Controls
Outstanding analytical skills with appropriate knowledge of Microsoft Project, Excel and Power BI
Be a proven performer in mid-sized team (up to 15 people) leadership and management;
Capacity to adapt quickly to changing situations and experience of multi-project delivery
Outstanding communication & organizational skills
Fluent in English
