Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager for a 9-month renewable contract position to work on the Rosebank FPSO project. The successful candidate will have expertise in Engineering Management and Project Control Competence and will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the project, including planning, resource management, administration, LCI (Life Cycle Information) management, regulatory compliance, and other follow-up tasks within the joint venture (JV) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage and allocate project resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication among team members.
- Monitor and maintain regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee Life Cycle Information (LCI) management, ensuring accurate documentation and information flow.
- Conduct various follow-up tasks, managing lists and documentation within the JV team.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Prepare regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive measures to ensure project success.
- Foster a positive team environment, promoting collaboration and effective communication among team members.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the energy, process, oil & gas, or machinery & equipment sectors.
- Strong Engineering Management and Project Control Competence.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in relevant sectors.
