Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for the project execution including participation in project meetings with clients, coordination of preparing, mobilizing and demobilizing of offshore wind projects to the satisfaction of the client, following regulations, company rules, and objectives. You will lead, manage, motivate, develop, and retain a successful team while ensuring all phases of the project are being properly followed. You will also liaise the client’s needs with the company’s operations, stablishing communication and a clear path for project success.

General Responsibilities:
  • Working with the Equipment Manager ensure all equipment is reserved for the project execution, alongside maintenance and cleaning of the rented equipment.  Reporting all damaged or defected equipment to the Equipment Manager.     
  • Report all required data to the Segment Manager; flash any inconsistencies.
  • Inform Customer Service with required and relevant information for invoicing. 
  • Responsible for Health and Safety in relation to offshore wind, supervision and inspection.
  • Report all health and safety issues to the QHSE Manager. 
  • Prepare and issue Verification report.
  • Provide a detailed introduction of Method Statements to the supervisors. 
  • Report any improvement suggestions to NPD  to R&D Team.
  • Responsible for all project economy and administration.
  • Report Outlook on monthly basis or at any significant deviation + - 10%.
  • Provide Support to Sales for all technical requests.
  • Ensure all project data are stored according to procedure.
  • To comply with company and group policy regarding business expenses, corporate ethics,
  • safety, environmental and quality policies.

  • Ideally background in marine or civil engineering.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to form working relationships on all levels.
