JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a visible leader.
Foster One Team culture based on collaboration, sharing and learning from others.
Demand and Support Contractor to deliver the level of quality according to Company’s expectations.
Provide inputs to weekly reports.
Ensure, in collaboration with Engineering Manager and Construction Manager, that quality deviations are captured, reported and managed according to Quality Deviation handling process.
Promote Quality and Risk Management policies.
Training of engineering and Construction team in assurance, risk and quality deviation system in cooperation with FPSO Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager.
Work in collaboration with Contractor and Subcontractor Quality department following up the quality assurance and control activities as per Contractor’s issued plan.
Ensure periodical audits are carried out by the construction team to verify engineering documents are being used on latest revision.
Verification and inspection of Regulatory Compliance in close cooperation with Contractor’s Regulatory Coordinator and FPSO Quality, Risk and Compliance Manager.
Ensure Risk Management process is followed by engineering and construction teams.
Support engineering and construction teams to follow the experience transfer process:
Ensure that lessons from other projects are evaluated for implementation in Brazil scope.
Ensure lessons from Brazil scope are captured to share with the rest of the project and with other projects in Company.
