Our client, a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices is currently looking to recruit Graduates to join their team in Port Moresby, PNG.

Job Description

  • RF site planning, design, simulation, optimization, interference analysis and drive-testing and analysis on 2G, 3G&4G networks
  • Planning, Design, Implementation and support of Wireless Networks.
  • Provide design recommendations based on technology standards and equipment specifications especially antennas.
  • Complete site surveys and designs
  • Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems down to message layer. 
  • Conduct System and network analysis, problem solving and infrastructure planning, traffic performance analysis and monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
  • Author and present customer-facing presentations and written technical materials.
  • Work independently and skilled at knowing when to utilize additional resources and escalate.
  • Define new system requirements based on customer interactions.
  • Key contributor to developing product strategies.
  • Strong record of Designing solutions, driving customer activities and discussions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Knowledge in various protocols for interoperability, performance evaluation and troubleshooting the issues.
  • Great understanding of antennas and selection based on target coverage.
  • Be familiar with the U2000. Have a basic command of KPI extraction and analysis, alarm query, and parameter modification.
  • Established track record as a problem solver and effective team player.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and manage parallel time-critical tasks.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
