Main job description:
- Receiving visitors at the reception greeting, welcoming, directing and properly announcing each one;
- Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary office supplies (e.g. pens, forms and pads);
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and by phone/e-mail
- Receiving, organizing and distributing daily mail/deliveries
- Maintaining office security by following security procedures and controlling access that must pass through the reception desk (monitoring the occurrence book, issuing visitor badges);
- Receive and sort daily mail;
- Control the use of meeting rooms - Maintain agendas and schedule meetings.
- Perform other office receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcription and others.
- Other tasks from the department manager
Positions Quality requirements (Education /Major /Language /Work experience/Others):
• University degree - in progress
• Work experience of at least 1 years in reception
• Microsoft Office Skills
•Fluent English
