We are currently assisting one of our clients with over half a century of good reputation in distributing aircraft parts and spares in the Aerospace and Aviation MRO industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong business plan and sales strategy for Japan, Korea and Taiwan market to ensure attainment of company, personal sales targets and profitability.
  • Attend related trade exhibitions and networking session in Asia, meet customers on a regular basis in the region with a detailed agenda, prepare minutes of meetings with relevant actions and follow up activities.
  • Initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new and potential markets.
  • Ensure accurate records of all sales, and activity reports in database (QC) submitted by inside sales team.
  • Ensure effective internal communication within the Sales, Logistics, Finance and across the company.
Requirements:
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ sales or account management experience from Aviation/ Aerospace industry.
  • Candidate from aviation spare distribution business will be highly sought after.
  • Effective communicator who can work independently and proactive in client follow-ups. 
  • Ability to travel in short notice and over 30 percent of a year.
