Airswift is working with a leading Oil and Gas company to find a Safety Coach (HSE Coordinator) to join their team in a 1 year contract in Hannibal, OH in a 14/14 schedule including benefits and possibility of extension. (Only authorized to work in the US)

This is a field-based (rotational 14/14) HSE position with the ability to regularly visit our operated assets/locations in the Appalachian Basin (ABO) field.  The ideal candidate(s) must have working knowledge of US HSE regulations, quickly learn and practically apply our internal HSE management systems, and must be able to work well with a variety of people.  Previous HSE experience working in the US onshore oil and gas field is strongly preferred.
 
Key responsibilities and duties:
  • Provides key SSU support to on-site field operations to assist with identification and mitigation of HSE risks
  • Assist Line Site Supervision with implementation and field verification/monitoring of SSU requirements and actions that drive industry leader performance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Conduct on-site verification walk-throughs to observe and identify potential performance gaps related to regulatory requirements, internal work requirements, safe work practices, behaviors, equipment integrity, etc.
  • Communicate observations, recommended improvements, and work with field-level Line Supervisors to close gaps
  • Assist the Line and on-scene personnel in emergency situations and actively participate, support, and provide guidance during tactical emergency response efforts
  • Primary role in the collection of the initial on-scene incident investigation data?
  • Assist Line in securing the scene and in the collection of the initial information immediately following an incident
  • Understand, monitor, and report Synergi digital observation data trends and actions necessary to improve overall safety culture
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • 7-10 years of relevant HSE experience
