SAP REFX CONSULTANT
Responsibilities
The individual will collaborate closely with the Asset Accounting and Lease Accounting teams and assume the responsibility of providing support and advocacy on the following topics:

Resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the month-end process within SAP.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of the new change requests.

Designing and executing the necessary configurations and modifications to accommodate the requested changes.

Offering guidance and advice to the team on the feasibility of implementing new solutions within SAP.

Assessing the potential impact and risks associated with proposed solutions.
SKILLSET - Technical
Mandatory:
-
Space and Occupancy management
-
Service charge settlement
-
Subleasing process
-
Planning and budgeting ( PS module integration) within REFX
-
Person who can come up with custom solutions for reporting KPI's in REFX (knows the underlying data model well)

IFRS 16 Valuation
Nice to have:

Working experience with JIRA

Working experience with ServiceNow
Soft Skills:

English B2 (is able to communicate fluently with english speaking stakeholders, able to share ideas and provide reasoning)
