Our client is looking for a Senior Project Administrator for a FIFO opportunity out of Perth on a 2 and 1 rotation.
This role is for secondment to the clients Renewable Project
The project is a flagship Gold Fields environmental, social and governance (ESG) decarbonisation project and will make a significant contribution to Gold Fields Australia (GFA) achieving its regional decarbonisation target by replacing fossil fuel energy from the grid with onsite renewables generation, including a 35MWp solar farm and 42MWp wind farm.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the site-based administration responsibilities and provide high level administration support to the Project site team.  Our ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Site Project Administrator with experience in running an efficient administration team.
What you’ll do
The role responsibilities include:
  • Assist site management with general project administration.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes where required.
  • Compile Project statistics for reporting and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Ensure mobilisations and site access requests are coordinated quickly and smoothly.
  • Organise and book Project and Gold Fields inductions.
  • Coordinate flight and accommodation bookings.
  • Liaise with Document Control as required.
  • Action minor purchase requests and follow ups.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a Project Administrator (back to back role).
What you’ll have
  • Proven experience in Site Administration, prior heavy construction experience and advantage.
  • Strong understanding of mine site operations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task and excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • High level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Prior experience with INX or Aconex software an advantage.
