SUMMARY

We are in search of an energetic and seasoned Senior Project Engineer to join the dynamic major projects team at our Tier 1 EPCM client's Perth CBD facilities on an initial 12-month contract.

This role offers the opportunity to be a vital part of a project team dedicated to a significant, long-term endeavor in the iron ore mining sector, providing exposure to various operational aspects. What you will be doing

  • Regularly engaging with potential and existing clients.

  • Interacting heavily with the leaders in our business.

  • Developing strategies to deliver our projects.

  • Preparing cost estimates and driving financial outcomes.

  • Interfacing with engineering and design teams.

 

What you will bring

  • Bachelor of Process or Mechanical Engineering degree (recognised by Engineers Australia).

  • An outgoing disposition, high energy and the ability to adapt to evolving situations.

  • 5-8 years of project engineering experience with some background in technical design.

  • A desire to lead and learn more about the commercial and operational side of our business.

  • A knack for influencing, negotiating and well-developed communication skills.
