We are recruiting an experienced System Integration Engineer to work on an exciting Green Energy mining fleet program, primarily focused on Hydrogen power technology. A sound understanding of Systems Engineering and Integration principles is required for the role.
Location- Perth, WA
Duration- 12-month casual contract – Monday to Friday
Rate- $80- $110hr incl. super
Responsibilities
- Execute the systems engineering process, including requirements analysis, system architecture, design, integration and V&V.
- Collaborate with design teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into product designs
- Participate in design reviews to identify and address integration issues early in the product development cycle.
- Ensure that components are compatible and function optimally within the product.
- Develop and oversee the creation of prototypes to test and validate integration designs, making necessary adjustments to achieve project goals.
- Verification and validation testing to ensure that the integrated product meets design requirements and safety + quality standards.
- Work with external suppliers to integrate third-party components into the product
- Maintain records of integration processes, changes, and test results
- Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science or similar
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles and standards
- Experience developing designing new products, ideally in heavy industry / fixed plant
- Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of modelling / simulation

As they grow rapidly, they are on the lookout for a talented Purchasing Officer who will own and facilitate the purchasing process for our products and programs.
You will be a key player in ensuring timely available of and access to materials needed by our engineers and build teams working on our product programs. You will do this by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including build and test, engineering, and project management, to drive effective and timely purchasing
You will take accountability of the following areas:
Procurement and Expediting:

- Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and receiving materials.
- Vendor Onboarding and tracking of onboarding process.
- Expedite and track all materials required for the Project in a time critical manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure all shipping and transport documentation from suppliers are available to meet procurement guidelines.

- Raise TRF for urgent materials.
- Ensure all materials tracked to delivery are physically receipted and provided a storage location.
- Coordinate with the Logistics team for timely delivery of materials to the site.
- Track the movement of materials from procurement to delivery.
- Generate reports on Purchase order confirmation, expediting, and delivery status.
- Identify any discrepancies or issues and take corrective actions.
- Work closely with other departments (such as build and test, supply chain, and finance) to ensure smooth material flow.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the logistics function.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
About you:
- Previous experience in purchasing and expediting in a project or workshop setting
- Strong MS office and SAP skills required
- Ability to work effectively in fast pace environments
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Well-developed verbal & written communication skills

Airswift is supporting a leading EPC in the Green Hydrogen Industry.
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Specialist, who will have an understanding of environmental risk and general environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities and background:
- Lead and drive a common and consistent risk-based HSE Culture throughout the project
- Develop and lead the implementation of the HSE-MS as required by the contract and in line with corporate and legislative requirements in relation to project HSE critical activities (e.g. Engineering, Construction, HUC, Operations, and Contractor interfaces)
- Develop an integrated approach to HSE and Hazard and effects management across project and contractors?
- Support the planning and execution of the internal HSE audit and compliance assurance programs?
- Provide SME input to complement functional procedure and training presentation reviews and delivery??
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven track record of successful project management
- Develop implement and maintain Management systems in compliance with International standards such as ISO 14001environmental management system. OSHAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- Monitor compliance against documented Environmental requirements through a systematic regime of compliance audits, performance monitoring, and?frontline?inspections.?Establish acceptable monitoring and measurement tools, set objectives and measurable goals through acceptable statistical analysis?
- Early identification of new and merging environmental legislation (onshore and offshore) and interpretation of its impact on the company business plan?Liaising with statutory and regulatory bodies for renewal of licenses, obtaining clearances, consents, and authorization for executing various expansion and modernization projects?and also?in connection to compliance with statutory/legal requirements.?Preparation and alignment of project environmental management plans, objectives, and systems with company/client requirements?
- Lead / direct investigations following incidents and accidents to identify root causes and ensure that resultant recommendations are acted.? Ensure that satisfactory reporting has been undertaken for process and statutory requirements.?Assist in developing, implementing, delivering, and promoting the overarching company industrial hygiene and related programs that meet regulatory and company standards?
- Develop and implement workplace monitoring programs for chemical, physical, and biological hazards?
- Conduct workplace industrial hygiene evaluations write reports and make recommendations as required.? Conduct or participate in site visits, audits and/or focus groups to identify potential health hazards and to ensure standards, policies, and procedures are properly followed?
- Identify appropriate control measures (egg. HVAC systems) required to reduce or eliminate the risk of illness/injury from exposure to occupational health hazards
Critical Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Degree?in?Engineering,?Safety, or Environmental Science?
- Experience of construction environmental safety and industrial hygiene experience
- Experience in an environmental/industrial hygiene supervisor position
- Ability to work as a team member
- Have experience with technical activities, including onshore?and offshore operations

- Communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken
