Responsibilities:
- To estimate work, labour and material for an assigned project independently using standard method of measurement to ensure correct estimate of project scope of work based on quantities.
- Assists in preparation of tender submission and tender analysis.
- Sets up templates for re-measurement of quantities.
- Reviews contract agreements to check schedule of rates and bill of quantities.
- Prepares and updates all work measurements at site.
- Monitors and reconciles company supplied materials.
- Assist in purchasing materials at site.
- Prepares progress claims and variation orders from subcontractors.
- Prepares and maintains Claims/Variation order register.
- Carries out final re-measurements and assists in closure of contracts.
- Prepares management reports.
- Trains quantity surveyors for various quantity survey related activities.
- Provides feedbacks to Lead Quantity Surveyor to take appropriate decisions in favour of the Project.
- Possesses bachelor’s in engineering, Accounting or Business Management.
- Minimum 3 years of quantity surveying experience in FPSO background.
- Experience in drydock/repair vessels is advantageous.
- Understanding the basic level of project management process

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
