Airswift is currently looking for a Senior Well Site Leader, Completions, Interventions and Subsea for one of our largest projects in Aberdeen, UK. This position has a Monday-Friday schedule. The length is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. Job Description
The Senior Well Site Leader, Completions, Interventions, and Subsea, is responsible for the safe and efficient operational (well-site) execution of completion, intervention, and subsea operations. The role is a safety-critical appointment. For this appointment, the company is looking for a strong completion supervisor with a background in MODU operations.
- Understand risk and verify control measures are reviewed, discussed, and in place.
- Verify that well monitoring and well control procedures are understood and implemented.
- Assess the performance of the enduring risk barriers through Self-Verification (SV) and Oversight (OS).
- Maintain OS of contractor Safety Management System (SMS).
- Promote timely reporting of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) incidents.
- Manage the company’s service contractors by providing quality service feedback.
- Verify that a process is in place to brief new and returning crew members as they arrive at the installation and/or rig regarding their duties, company's expectations for HSE, and operational performance.
- Daily supervision of operations programme execution and witness of critical activities.
- Verify After Action Reviews (AARs) are held at the well site to capture any lessons learned.
- Communicate clear performance expectations and ensure visibility of delivery versus the plan along with relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (e.g., Non-Productive Time [NPT]).
- Accurately record daily time summary details in OpenWells reporting software, focus on the facts, and maintain oversight and control of cost
