Lead Data Engineer
Location: Remote (Must be in Europe and right to work in country of residence)
Contract: Initially until the end of the year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the best data engineering tools and practices suited to the customer’s on-premise environment.
- Deliver robust, reusable, and maintainable ETL/ELT data pipelines with stable performance.
- Improve the operational functionality of existing data pipelines.
- Lead and participate in regular code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven track record in deploying Machine Learning solutions into production.

- Proficiency in Apache Airflow, PostgreSQL, S3 object storage, Kafka, and some data visualization tools (Grafana, Superset), and Kubernetes.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of performance metrics for evaluating ML models.
- Familiarity with S3-compatible storage (MinIO), Kafka, Spark, MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, ELK stack, Loki, Apache Superset, and Grafana.
- Experience in the telecommunications (Telco) sector is a plus.

The Role
This role is a pivotal to support the daily operations of the IT project team with particular focus on Sharepoint. Hence we are seeking for an IT Project Administrator with strong SharePoint experience to join the team and play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of the IT projects.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate IT project activities, manage schedules, and track progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Leverage your SharePoint expertise to administer and manage IT project sites, document libraries, and workflows, ensuring effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Maintain and organize comprehensive project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and project logs, within SharePoint.
- Provide essential administrative support to the IT project team, from scheduling meetings to managing correspondence.
- Assist in improving project administration processes and implementing best practices for efficiency, with a focus on optimizing SharePoint usage.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in project administration, ideally within an IT environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint, including site administration, document management, and workflow creation.
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
