To provide support in the delivery of Integrated Services solutions, primarily focused on supporting the Integrated Services Advisor and Vendors Onboarding Coordinators. Data preparation and cleansing in preparation for transitions from the SWF systems to the new Contractor Portal. Creating and maintaining job requests in the Contractor Portal, ensuring the data within both the upstream and downstream systems align.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Vendor Coordinators regarding creation of job requests in Lighthouse
- Liaise with vendors and company’s operations focal regarding creation of job requests in Lighthouse
- Liaise with respective facility planning and scheduling teams to gain insight into planned and upcoming work
- Liaising with vendors for onboarding requirements
- Manage all portal queries from vendors and company’s operations
- Training and upskilling of vendors on use of new Contractor Portal
- Offboarding once work scope requirements complete
- Working with support personnel on problem resolution and escalation
- Establish a handover process for Operations to manage the creation and maintenance of Job requests and the respective processes
- Ensuring all contractor data management processes align with central Vendor support function
- Ensuring contractor data remains confidential and restricted to users with appropriate access
- Ensuring HRIS process are aligned to industry best practice
- Ensuring contractor workforce planning is integrated into downstream and upstream systems
- Ongoing weekly meetings to ensure alignment of offshore teams with Perth and Darwin related contractor movements
- Previous experience in Vendor onboarding administration processes
- Demonstrated experience in Company policies and procedures
- Experience in business process change and training end users within the oil & gas and mining sectors
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Success Factors (SAP)
- MyPass or similar contractor competency management and onboarding systems.
