Job Purpose
Deliver support within barrier management, technical-, functional- and process safety across the organization (operations, projects and modifications)
Main Tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement and maintenance of Vår Energi’s work processes and governing documents relevant for barrier management
- Deliver safety strategies, performance standards and requirements for assurance (including maintenance requirement for technical barriers and competence & training requirements for operational and organizational barriers)
- Identify operational and organizational barrier through safety critical task analysis and their integration into the barrier management system
- Manage yearly barrier reliability and SIL reviews and functional safety studies (e.g LOPA, Functional Safety Assessment)
- Define and establish requirements for barrier verification activities (medium, and long term) and provide support for their execution within the organization or with help of 3rd parties
