Supply Chain Systems Analyst


We are actively looking for a dynamic individual to assume the role of Supply Chain Systems Analyst II, a key contributor to the seamless functioning of our internal IT systems with a specialized focus on the supply chain. Collaborating closely with the Business Applications (SCM) lead, this role is integral to the enhancement of our ERP and associated systems.


Primary duties encompass active participation in daily operations, adept management of support tickets, and the introduction of inventive functionalities to our system. The ideal candidate will showcase expertise in supply chain management and ERP systems, underscoring a dedicated commitment to collaborative teamwork and support for colleagues.


Job Functions:

  • Offer support for our business units by leveraging organizational supply chain management business applications, including ERP systems and complementary systems.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders by delivering timely support on inquiries, issues, and tickets.
  • Engage directly with business users to outline existing business requirements and contribute to implementing solutions using organizational supply chain business applications.
  • Generate technical design documents and collaborate with software developers to deploy new system customizations and functionalities.
  • Conduct testing on recently released system functionalities and in-house customizations to enhance support for defined business needs.
  • Assist in training business users on supply chain business applications functionality and processes.
  • Cross-train with team members to provide support for all organizational operations and initiatives as needed.
  • Possess essential experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP (formerly AX) and D365 Finance and Operations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Direct experience in manufacturing, distribution, and/or logistics industries.
  • Knowledgeable about fundamental concepts related to WMS, MRP, PLM, ERP, or other supply chain-centric IT systems.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle. (SDLC)


Travel Requirements:

  • Up to 25% overnight travel (Travel expenses covered by the company).


Preferred Skills and Required Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree with a focus on supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or technology/IT systems.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and other SCM-oriented business applications.
  • Acquainted with basic supply chain concepts, including manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, and order processing.
  • Possess effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical users across multiple internal departments.
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with business users, teammates, and development personnel.
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA long-term without sponsorship.
