JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The country manager will develop new business and lead all operations in Guyana. The CM will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the affiliated company. Responsibilities include exploring new business, serving customers and suppliers, preparing budgets and reports, assisting the Area Manager in evaluating new investments, new company assets and human resources / recruitment and training.

New Production line setup in CMF
- Work with Production Engineering team to setup capable production line and process, and complete the sufficient qualification
- Work with CMF to setup inspection procedure such as IQC, IPQC and FQC, and make sure all SIPs are approved and controlled
- Assist Quality manager for the other quality related jobs in order to full qualify process
Production support
- Participate as independent QA responsible in product and process development(NPI)
- Participate as QA representative in Product and process of validation and re-validation activities
- Support the invetigation in complaint handling, including RMA returns
- Make audit in production line to make sure process is following Asetek requirement
- Take lead of NC and CAPA management, with driving thorough FA and making sure the actions are implemented with proper validation
- Monitor and report the quality performance and KPIs, and take actions if any deviation
- Perform anual audit in CMF
- Perform OQC inspection in case of needed
Qualification Requirement:
- College degree in Engineering or Quality;
- 5years+ project quality management or project manager experience
- Strong experience on failure analysis, experience on PE is preferrable
- Be familiar with related quality tools including APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, QCP,
- Strong leadership and communication skill, be able to communicate and drive independently
