About the Role:
As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to drive business solutions and enhance our marketplace. Working closely with a friendly and collaborative team, you will have the opportunity to pioneer innovative approaches to optimize the software reseller market and improve internal processes for sales, finance, and operational teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop prototype solutions, mathematical models, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to support analytic insights and visualization of complex data sets.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to derive broad conclusions and insights from initial appraisals of datasets.
- Provide optimization recommendations that drive key performance indicators (KPIs) established by various teams including product, marketing, operations, and PR.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements in terms of functionality, performance, and reliability.
- Work directly with business analysts and data engineers to understand and support their use cases.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions in collaboration with stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Drive innovation by exploring new experimentation methods and statistical techniques to enhance product decision-making processes.
- Cross-train other team members on technologies being developed while continuously learning new technologies from peers.
- Contribute to community building and participate in conferences, providing excellence in exercise and best practices.

Job Description Summary:
Performing requirement development, coming from reference and applicable documents from Metiers, Standards, Certification, Safety, Platform and Customer.
- Defining the Train System architecture, operational modes and functionalities taking as input the external/internal requirements.
- Performing train system FMECA in coordination with RAMS team.
- Ensuring consistency and compatibility between all the sub-systems specifications.
- Writing sub-system specification and architecture description.
- Writes the Technical Purchasing Specification (TPS).
- Writes the TPS for supplier consultation and manages technical contact until design has been frozen.
- Drives technical relationships with suppliers with close management of QCD commitments (CbC), risks & validation (including Design Reviews with suppliers).
- Ensuring coordination on interfaces, performances, technical issues resolution during detailed design phase.
- Participating to technical meetings with customer in order to provide support.
Leads design reviews on their systems.
- Writing the train or equipment/system level test specifications.
- Defining and performing Train/equipment/system verification strategy.
- Providing weekly reporting on progress to engineering manager.
Job Description:
- Design train electrical architecture, cubical layout and wiring routing.
- Specificy electrical apparatus to be used on project he/she is affected according to Preferred Parts List and Project requirements.
- Produce pure principle scheme PPS and project apparatus specification
- Produce the wiring documentation - wiring tables, ELDA etc
- Preparing and documenting Domain Design Reviews.
- Checking CADs' and sub-contractor's Design Quality.
- Realizing stack-up analysis.
- Realizing Bill of Material.
- Preparing and documenting Domain Design Reviews according to project schedule and following-up the main open actions.
- Checking respect of Allocated volumes/interfaces (no-clashes) on internal design.
- Resolving Project issues in assigned zone.
- Reporting on the Electrical/Mechanical Domain activities progress and alerting relevant N+1 in case of issue potentially impacting achievement of QCD commitments.
- Respecting and/or allocating requirements and interfaces to Sub-Systems/equipment (Allocated volume, weight, location, 3PL, etc.)
- Analysing change request impacts on assigned zone and applying change if request accepted.

A prominent organization is initiating a substantial migration project to transition on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Office 365 (O365). We seek a skilled Senior O365 Migration Consultant to ensure the project's success.
Responsibilities:
(O365 Migration Planning and Execution)
Lead the migration of approximately 12,000 PCs from on-premises infrastructure to O365 in France and abroad.
Develop and implement migration strategies, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current infrastructure, identify dependencies, and create comprehensive migration plans.
Technical Expertise:
Possess in-depth knowledge of O365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during migration.
Provide guidance on O365 configuration and optimization best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Effectively communicate with IT teams, department heads, and end-users to gather requirements and address concerns.
Conduct end-user training sessions for a smooth O365 transition.
Documentation:
Create and maintain detailed migration process documentation.
Develop post-migration documentation for ongoing support and maintenance.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7-10 years of IT consulting experience, specializing in O365 migrations.
Extensive experience with large-scale migrations, particularly involving O365.
Strong knowledge of O365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related collaboration tools.
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
