Job Responsibilities:
- Drive and enable new business opportunities, particularly in relation to products and solutions with a focus on ensuring the long-term sustainability and profitability of the company products and services.
- Create new business opportunities, develop new accounts to satisfy business growth needs while maintaining existing customer market share.
- Excellent knowledge in coating and paints industry, preferably have knowledge in Automotive, Consumer Electronics, or Plastic industry.
- Managing and achieving sales target and market goal
- Developing customer base and sales volumes in his designated area
- Visit all assigned customers on a regular basis
- Collect market feedback/intelligence
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Coating industry preferably with experience with Automotive, Consumer Electronics and Plastics
- Industrial Coating experience highly preferred
- Problem solving & result oriented
- Competitor and customer awareness with market development ability
- Excellent written communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation in English and Bahasa Indonesia
