Global Coating brand is looking for suitable candidates for a newly created role in Thailand to handle their Special Projects business unit as Head of Sales.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Drive and enable new business opportunities, particularly in relation to products and solutions with a focus on ensuring the long-term sustainability and profitability of the company products and services.
  • Create new business opportunities, develop new accounts to satisfy business growth needs while maintaining existing customer market share.
  • Excellent knowledge in coating and paints industry, preferably have knowledge in Automotive, Consumer Electronics, or Plastic industry.
  • Managing and achieving sales target and market goal
  • Developing customer base and sales volumes in his designated area
  • Visit all assigned customers on a regular basis
  • Collect market feedback/intelligence
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Coating industry preferably with experience with Automotive, Consumer Electronics and Plastics
  • Industrial Coating experience highly preferred
  • Problem solving & result oriented
  • Competitor and customer awareness with market development ability
  • Excellent written communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation in English and Bahasa Indonesia
