IT and Facilities Buyer

Responsibilities
- Gather market intelligence including supplier data, indices, and emerging technologies through collaboration with the Cost Analysis and Market Intelligence department.
- Develop and maintain the supplier panel with a focus on risk mitigation.
- Engage with specifiers to streamline needs and specifications, standardize processes, and enhance the supplier panel.
- Execute all phases of the purchasing process adhering to internal regulations, including ethical standards.
- Coordinate the preparation of pre-consultation and calls for tenders for both central and local requirements, sharing best practices and pricing references.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers while ensuring compliance with procedures and regulations, collaborating closely with the Procurement Legal Department.
- Manage calls for tenders and prepare synthesis and analysis grids encompassing technical, functional, and economic aspects.
- Support in preparing presentations for project steering committees and executive committees.
- Assist in calls for tenders related to industrial digital solutions.
- Provide project support in Software as a Service (SaaS) mode.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement
- Mastery of Governance and Purchasing tools.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Excel and TCD.
