Job Title: Microsoft Functional Consultant
Location: On site in Boulogne / Paris
Duration: 24 months
Service Request Analysis:
- Analyse and arbitrate service requests based on technical context, user profiles, business needs, etc.
- Propose alternative solutions to optimize service delivery.
- Prioritize and monitor service requests, considering the audiovisual context.
- Produce activity and inventory reports.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Draft specific communications for users.
- Prepare analysis summaries of complex cases for customer management.
- Write documentation including procedures, instructions, and operating modes.
- Ensure data repositories used for request processing are up to date.
- Audit the handling of files by the hotline and local support teams.
- Produce audit reports.
- Ensure mastery of request and incident management tools.
- Conduct acceptance tests for changes to the configuration of the management tool.
- Draft expressions of need for changes to the configuration of the tool.
Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the Windows 10 workstation environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Proficiency in the operation of outsourced user and workstation support (Hotline + Local Support + Administration).
- Mastery of request and incident management tools.
- Very good writing skills for operating modes, procedures, instructions, and user communications.
Additional Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of office automation software, applications, and hardware.
- Knowledge of remote inventory and remote distribution concepts.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Knowledge of Microsoft file-sharing concepts.
- Microsoft Exchange
- Knowledge of asset management tools.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and processes.
Note: This is a 24-month contract position with a focus on ensuring efficient and effective Microsoft-based functional support, requiring a combination of technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to manage and optimize service delivery.
