Main accountabilities and responsibilities:
• Review and qualify or draft different types of contracts, including but not limited to: engineering, procurement, Construction, (EPC) transportation and installation, service contracts, as well as associated confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure and restrictive use agreements; partnership/consortium/joint venture/alliance agreements, subcontract agreements;
• Manage the workload in coordination with Tendering/Commercial, Project Management and Procurement functions, collecting the inputs from the other functions, including Insurance, Tax and Finance;
• Prepare Contract Summaries on tender/project specific basis;
• Advise Company and Corporate Management on the main contractual risks, identifying and proposing contractual mitigation actions;
• Participate in meetings (with internal clients, external clients, partners and subcontractors), negotiating, taking notes and preparing summaries and/or Minutes of Meeting;
• Negotiate the contractual instruments with the counterparties in the best interests of the Company and in accordance with Company risk policies;
• Support the Project Management teams in the determination of claims and contract management strategies , in the preparation and evaluation of variation order requests, and in the drafting of key project correspondence towards clients, major subcontractors and/or other interfacing third parties ;
• Support the Procurement function in the review of subcontracts and purchase orders;
• Draft all related legal instruments and correspondence;
• Have knowledge of the industry standard contracts (FIDIC, LOGIC, BIMCO, IOCs’ etc.);
• Assist in the resolution of legal and contractual matters, in coordination with the relevant Corporate functions.
• Regularly report to the Company and Corporate Management on the Contract Management activities.
Requirements:
• Knowledge and experience of English Law;
• Proven experience of reviewing and advising on tendering contracts and of administrating project contracts and effective negotiation skills are essential;
• Proven experience negotiating and executing offshore construction contracts
• Strong commercial awareness;
• International mobility both for short missions and potentially for long-term assignments.
Engineering and / or Business degree and /or Diploma
Minimum Experience:
Logistics operations with Minimum 5 years’ experience in Logistics for Oil and Gas industry (Drilling, Production, Projects, and Construction)
Good knowledge of Logistics means involved in the Oil and Gas activity (Marine Vessels, Lifting Handling Equipment) and international standards linked to Lifting Handling, Marine Transportation and HSE

JOB PURPOSE & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide comprehensive logistics support service to the Project teams, working closely with all Clients entities and EPC contractors.
Ensure the compliance and awareness of with all relevant Statutory and Company HSE standards.
Demonstrate personal commitment to the HSE Policy.
Actively participate in Company safety awareness and initiative schemes.
Achieve continuous quality and cost optimization improvements.
Create an environment in which a focus on value awareness is developed and constantly think in terms of cost/benefit trade-off.

Operations Management:
Ensure marine spread offshore mobilization readiness on all aspects, coordination with various department and CPY Marine representative for review, preparation, and vessel readiness.
Jack-Up/Accommodation Barge mobilization including preparation (technical review, documentation, surveys, site visit, etc.) until completion of rig move and demobilization stage.
Follow up meetings with EPC contractor to ensure all aspects/requirements are covered and liaise with client’s entities for internal coordination (studies approval, gangway, rig move, communication, E&I, HSE, lifting, etc.).
Inspection at Vessel Charter facilities
Supervise overall offshore daily activities on marine topics & Marine coordination with CPY stakeholders.
Liaising internally with Marine entities to ensure that EPC contractors marine spread is approved and in line with CTR marine spread strategy to entry of vessel into ALS field.
Ensure helideck approval by GHC/ Aviation whenever applicable.
Ensure all vessels operating for MP are registered in Dawinci with accurate POB.
Dawinci Data Compliance for Offshore personnel.
Vendor POB Mobilization coordination for MP.
Reporting:
Weekly activities report to Lead, Project Logistics.
