RESPONSABILIDADES DO TRABALHO
- Gestão de portfólio de clientes, garantindo os processos de atendimento, de migração, regulatórios, estratégias de compra e venda de energia e da manutenção da carteira;
- Análises de viabilidade e migrações de novos clientes para o Ambiente de Contratação Livre;
- Avaliar oportunidades na carteira de clientes;
- Gestão de consumidores;
- Elaboração de estudos e apresentações relacionados a gestão do cliente e sobre o mercado de energia;
- Realizar todo processo de faturamento do consumo e geração dos clientes;
- Organizar os controles gerenciais da equipe, fazendo interface com as demais áreas buscando otimizar processos;

- Acompanhamento das atividades mensais da área de gestão.
QUALIFICAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL
- Ensino superior na área de engenharia ou afins;
- Experiência no Setor de Energia;
- Perfil resiliente, proativo e com senso de dono do negócio; e
- Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.
- Pós-graduação é desejável
- Conhecimento de Excel avançado (VBA) é desejável

Airswift is seeking a Project Coordinator to work on a 12-months assignment with a client of ours - a major player within the Nuclear Industry.
Job Description
Coordinates project teams of one to five people including planning, scheduling, and control of project and program activities. Acts as a specialist for specific projects with detailed knowledge of all aspects of the projects. Maintains a knowledge base of new developments and technology. Monitors projects and recommends changes to improve operating efficiency. Develops budgetary estimates.
The PM coordinator manages small projects for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line maintenance as assigned, providing oversight of the staff involved in planning, leading, controlling, and monitoring to ensure that work is implemented safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget. This includes all aspects of project implementation including budget, work package preparation, parts procurement, ALARA planning, industrial and nuclear safety, work prioritization, resource loading, and work execution including resolution of schedule delays and conflicts.
Job duties
- Develops the budgets, including tracking cost versus budget for assigned projects.
- Assures proper progress and focus through frequent interface with the client, engineers, related parties, and management.
- Develop and manage contracts and interface with vendors.
- Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups including senior management.
- Develop and maintain long range plan strategies associated with assigned projects.
- Support the following: Outage support including OCC.
Job Title: Heat Tracing Engineer
Location: Lysaker, Norway
Contract Duration: Initial 6 months or more

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Heat Tracing Engineer to join a dynamic project in the Oil & Gas sector, based in Lysaker, Norway. This is a hybrid role with part-time work from the Lysaker office and travel flexibility. The contract offers the possibility of extension based on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calculations and design for heat trace cable systems.
- Ensure designs align with P&IDs and project specifications.
- Manage and maintain heat trace engineering data and registers.
- Generate heat trace ISOs using Aveva E3D software.
- Update heat trace MTOs as required.
- Coordinate between fabrication and engineering teams.
- Collaborate and interface with other project disciplines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or Technical College diploma with 10+ years of experience in onshore/offshore facilities.
Certifications:
- EX certification (must be taken after joining if not already obtained)
- FSE certification
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical heat trace design for onshore and offshore projects.
- In-depth knowledge of standards including NORSOK, ATEX, PTIL, and IEC.
- Proficiency in Aveva E3D and NavisWorks.
Work Setup:
- Hybrid work model with part-time office attendance in Lysaker.
- Must be available to travel to Norway as needed.
- Immediate start with a project duration until the end of 2024, with the possibility of extension.
