• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a reputed University.
• Minimum of 12-year project experience in civil/structural design and engineering.

• Knows the project and discipline scope/cost/time requirements, assists the team to meet expectations, and coordinates with other disciplines to ensure project success
• Supports management of project change and progressing for the discipline and works with the Project Management Team to take corrective actions regarding any issues, scope changes, progressing, or other events that could affect project completion and/or profitability
• Initiate, design and drafting assignments on projects requirements on time and within budget.
• Proactively resolve any discrepancies between Worley and the client’s requirements.
• Competent with the project estimating process and can input design deliverables into estimating module.

Job Description
- 12 to 15+ years’ experience in the analysis of aerostructures design, development, projects with hands-on metallic and composite structures analysis using FEA and classical hand analysis methods.
- Good knowledge of aerospace materials knowledge, standards & specifications.
- Engineering activities in support of work to PDR for Wing / Empennage and boom aero structures. Both metallic and composite capability required with mix of experience to perform check for Analysis.
- Expertise in Hypersizer, HyperX is mandatory for composites design & optimization
- Review and finalize Concept design, implement detailed design & development, support on PDR activities and maturity, support qualification and production of composite and metallic components and assemblies.
- Manage the execution of the work packages identified and ensure the convergence of the delivery plans with customer requirements.
- Define integrated design solutions for new components/assemblies and modifications to existing components (Composites and metallic).
- Optimize the design solutions, based on the correct balance of cost, quality, manufacturability, serviceability and performance.
- Coordinate with multi-functional teams to prepare drawings and other engineering data required for the manufacturing of the product and data submittal to the customer.
- To communicate effectively with co-worker, customer and suppliers.
- Modelling, simulation and prototyping services.

- Reviewing and management of all design documentation for ACMV, HVAC & Control system
- Able to understand construction shop drawing.
- Familiar calculation with heating/cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load and external static pressure calculation.
- Installation of HVAC Equipment’s, chillers, air handling units, MV system, packaged units, VRV system, split units.
- Determine budget, project schedules and scope of work and deploy appropriate workers.
- Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents relating to construction project.
- Review, assess and evaluate execution of the project on a regular basis
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues arising in a project
- Carry out site inspection throughout the project in order to record information on the progress of the project against the agreed program
- Verification of material requisition and taking-off quantities / site measurements
- Ensuring quality standards and all health & safety requirements are met
- Ensure completion of the project in a timely manner and within the budgetary limits
- Develop project reports on a timely basis.
- Maintain, manage, and document all project reports and able to produce work method of Statement (MOS)/safety document.
Requirements:
- Possess adequate qualification in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3-5 years of direct work experience within ACMV construction industry, experience in ACMV, HVAC, Chillers and etc
- Experience in handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of codes, standards, and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Solid works, etc
- Able to work with fast-paced environment.
