Complete LDAR and AVO inspections at production facilities and well sites. Must be able to diagnose identified leaks and provide an accurate description of the leaking components.
- Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Basic troubleshooting of emissions equipment
- Perform minor repairs to production and emissions equipment
- Ensure proper operations of production and emission control equipment
- Ensure accurate and timely data is recorded
- Utilize SAP for workorder/purchase order management
- Report incidents immediately
- Report spills/releases immediately
- Be familiar with and understand state and federal air regulations
- Detect faulty operations, defective material and report using company tools.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Mission:
- Manage supervision and approval of mooring system activities to ensure successful and timely project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure exemplary HSE behaviour and implement requirements within Marine Systems area.
- Supervise and approve mooring engineering activities by contractors.
- Oversee model testing, mooring strength, fatigue analysis, and FEA.
- Review mooring and riser design, equipment fabrication, and installation procedures.
- Attend offshore installations, manage site queries, and respond to technical issues promptly.
- Provide regular reporting to Hull Management team, highlighting critical issues and proposing solutions.
Requirements:
- Advanced expertise in Naval Architecture/Mooring engineering in Oil & Gas projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive task completion.
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and Portuguese (preferred).
Location:
France during procurement and engineering phases (2024). May then be at yard during construction phase.
Residential, working 5 days a week.
