Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ROV Supervisor to lead offshore operations on a high-profile project in West Africa. This role involves overseeing ROV activities, ensuring safety and efficiency, and providing technical leadership to the team. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Construction/IRM operations and proven expertise with Work Class ROV systems, particularly Schilling HD systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise ROV operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Manage and coordinate the team to execute tasks efficiently and safely.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Work Class ROV systems.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspection of ROV equipment.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive offshore experience as an ROV Supervisor.
- Proficiency in Construction/IRM operations.
- Hands-on experience with Schilling HD ROV systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support finance operations by managing treasury and accounts payable (AP) functions, including cash flow forecasting, payment processing, and financial reporting.
- Oversee vendor AP balances by region, ensuring timely settlements and accurate financial tracking.
- Collaborate with regional and offshore teams to resolve outstanding financial issues and aged transactions.
- Review and approve payment proposals, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Process brokerage and VID commission payments in line with financial controls.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles.
- Monitor and track agent settlements, ensuring prompt freight collections, disbursements in ASA/GAS, and addressing delays or discrepancies.
- Review and reconcile AR agent statements, identifying and resolving aged transactions.
- Perform monthly financial close activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with reporting deadlines.
- Conduct financial analysis on outstanding AR and contribute to the enhancement of finance operations and reporting processes.
- Respond to financial queries from regional, country, and offshore offices, providing guidance and resolution support.
- Lead or participate in ad-hoc finance projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4–5 years of experience in accounting operations and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and internationally.

Willingness to travel frequently.
