Resource Planner / Workload Officer

Location: Courbevoie, France 

Contract: 6-months renewable

Schedule: Full-time

Our company delivers critical projects of scale, scope, and scope difficulty that you will not find elsewhere. Under the direction of the Director of Project Control, and working for management, the Resource Planner will: 


Responsibilities

  • Quantifies the certain workload – linked to won and ongoing projects of execution; quantifies the future workload - in the event of a project won in the future; 

  • Monitors the resources made available to projects and provides a vision of the means additional necessary; 

  • Produce monthly reports (Workload Report) and present news trends and developments; 

  • Coordinate manplans with those responsible for engineering disciplines to ensure that the workload is consistent with the discipline plan. 

Time & Attendance: 

  • Close monitoring of timesheet system and access 

  • Prepare and execute the monthly closing of hours in GEOS 

  • Follow SOX RC internal control. 56D: Ensure Design and Test Pass without any deficiency. 

  • Prepare T&A closing statements for the company and auditors internal/external. 

  • Monitoring the workload of the group's engineering centres (GEC) 

  • Reporting of the evolution of hours worked by the GECs 


Required profile: 

  • An Engineer/Master’s degree, you have experience in resource planning;  

  • Fluent English;  

  • You demonstrate autonomy in your files, and you deal with analysis, rigor and method.  

  • Assets Knowledge of the office pack and Power BI 

  • Knowledge of VB programming.
