Offshore Structure Engineer - Engineering & Design - Oil & Gas - FPSO - Jakarta, Indonesia
Faced with a critical requirement for an Offshore Structure Engineer in Jakarta, we were tasked with sourcing a specialist skilled in structural analysis for fixed jacket offshore structures within the oil and gas sector. The role demanded expertise in concept studies, FEED, detailed engineering, and life extension projects. Key skills included proficiency in SACS software for finite element modelling, comprehensive knowledge of design codes, and strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
Through targeted headhunting, we identified an experienced engineer with a proven background in structural, fatigue, and non-linear analysis for offshore and hull structures. Their meticulous approach to first principle engineering calculations, combined with clear report writing and QC expertise, directly supported robust project delivery.
