    What makes Airswift different?

Airswift is a very special organization in that it is over $1 billion in revenue but still has an entrepreneurial approach to business. We are empowered to drive our functions and work collaboratively in driving the company goals.

Why are you passionate about what you do?

I am passionate about three things in life outside of my family’s wellbeing:

    1) Producing a solution that is customized for our clients and watching their success unfold before our eyes gets me so excited. Often clients can be too in the weeds with their current issue and don’t see how to fix it, but we can find the unique answer that helps get them to the next level.

    2) Mentoring teams and lifting them up to their highest potential gets me equally excited. I enjoy coaching, driving, and guiding the future generations of staffing professionals.

    3) Making a difference in the world of gender equality to address issues ranging from belonging to pay equity and equal opportunity.

Which Airswift value(s) do you think are particularly important and why?

The values all strike a chord with me, but the one that climbs to the top is growth. My career has been based on driving growth for an organization and seeing the exponential increase shape the future fabric of the company. I am most enthusiastic about being able to excel Airswift’s success.
