James joined the company in 2000 and, since 2006, has been part of the executive leadership team holding various positions, predominantly focused on group operations, strategic projects, regional leadership and business development. In 2021 James was appointed to a combined role of Chief Operations Director and SVP, EMEA & CIS, bringing together elements of his prior two roles. He is responsible for regional leadership of Europe, the Middle East, Africa and CIS, as well as QA, Legal, Global Employment & Mobility, Safety and the Project Management Office. In 2023 James was appointed as President of the EMEA & CIS regions.
James has played a key role in the group's successful completion of institutional stakeholder transactions and key M&A projects over the last two decades and continues to relish in the new challenges and opportunities our markets offer. After 20+ years, James is still finding new ways to grow Airswift and maintain its position as the partner of choice to clients across the region.
