Janette Marx has worked in the recruitment industry for over 25 years. In 2014, she joined Swift Worldwide Resources as COO and led the integration of Swift and Air Energi, who merged to form Airswift in 2016.
As CEO of Airswift since June 2018, Janette is focused on growing the company to become the number one provider for its customers and the employer of choice for its employees. She has the perfect balance of operational experience and passion for customer care.
Since she joined the leadership team, Airswift has expanded exponentially, growing geographically, and having gained market share in key adjacent industries.
The organization has also become the key source of information on workforce trends in the energy industry, thanks to the success of GETI – The Global Energy Talent Index. This is a keystone talent report that analyzes trends in the oil and gas, renewables, power, nuclear and petrochemicals sectors.
As a champion of employee development, Janette identifies potential within her employees and then acts as the catalyst on their path toward growth. She provides sponsorship and exposure to help advance employees’ careers.
Prior to joining Airswift, Janette spent 19 years at Adecco ultimately running the engineering, technical, medical, and science divisions.
Janette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
