What makes Airswift different?
The people and culture. At Airswift, we listen to and empower our employees, giving everyone opportunities to bring ideas forward. This impacts positive change, resulting in improvements for customers, contractors and staff – it’s a great place to work.
Why are you passionate about what you do?
I love working with an amazing team of people who add value to the business. At Airswift, the back office and finance functions play a key role in partnering with the wider organisation to solve business challenges, which enables Airswift to grow and excel at what we do.
Which Airswift value(s) do you believe are particularly important and why?
Integrity, as I believe it underpins all of our values and everything we do. It’s important that we put safety at the forefront as we strive to grow with excellence; however, all that we do must be done with integrity. Our values are at the core of who we are as a business, and I’m incredibly proud of that.
