About the Project
The Tengiz Future Growth Project (FGP) -Wellhead Pressure Management Project (WPMP) is an integrated project being developed primarily to increase the production capacity from the Tengiz oil field and the adjacent Korolev field. The project will increase the Tengiz field's oil production capacity by an additional 12 million tons a year (260,000 barrels a day), the gas production capacity by an additional 960 million standard cubic feet a day (MMscfd), and the field's overall production capacity to approximately 39 million tons of oil a year.
The project is owned and developed by the Tengizchevroil (TCO) a joint venture (JV), consisting of Chevron (50%), ExxonMobil (25%), KazMunayGas (20%) and LukArco (5%). Production is anticipated to begin in 2022.

After being selected by Tengizchevroil (TCO) as a successful candidate, the next stage is to choose an employment agency.
The candidate chooses and advises TCO on accepted Agency.
TCO provides the chosen agency with the job offer and terms & conditions.
The agency sends the job offer to the candidate for acceptance.
Upon signing the job offer, the candidate onboarding and mobilisation process begins.
Please note that if the role is urgent, TCO may request that newcomers start working remotely from home while your work permit and work visa is obtained. Airswift will arrange all required access for your smooth start at home.
Please also note that the mobilisation process consists of 2 main stages:
The work permit process will take 15-30 business days.
The work visa process takes 10 business days:
5 working days for submission and approval of Letter of Invitation
5 working days for getting a work visa in KZ Embassy
