Airswift are currently hiring for Full Desk Recruitment Consultants to work within our Houston, Texas office.
Successful candidates will be enrolled into the Airswift Academy, a program designed to take entrepreneurial sales-minded people and turn them into top level Consultants.
The Full Desk Recruitment Consultant will be chartered to identify talent and new customers to add to the Airswift portfolio within the core markets of Process, Infrastructure, and Energy. They will drive their own workload and be responsible for generating the necessary activity to be successful in any role they take on at Airswift.
The preferred profile is a self-started, ambitious achiever with an outgoing personality and an entrepreneurial spirit. This person should have the desire to learn and grow both professionally and financially, as well as have the drive to succeed and not be afraid of a challenge. Work experience in a sales-driven or customer service focused business is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Recruitment or Business Development
• Bachelor’s degree or 4-year equivalent
