We are holding an assessment day for potential recruitment consultants on Monday 9th September!
Airswift are currently hiring for Full Desk Recruitment Consultants to work within our Houston, Texas office.
Successful candidates will be enrolled into the Airswift Academy, a program designed to take entrepreneurial sales-minded people and turn them into top level Consultants.
The Full Desk Recruitment Consultant will be chartered to identify talent and new customers to add to the Airswift portfolio within the core markets of Process, Infrastructure, and Energy. They will drive their own workload and be responsible for generating the necessary activity to be successful in any role they take on at Airswift.
The preferred profile is a self-started, ambitious achiever with an outgoing personality and an entrepreneurial spirit. This person should have the desire to learn and grow both professionally and financially, as well as have the drive to succeed and not be afraid of a challenge. Work experience in a sales-driven or customer service focused business is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Recruitment or Business Development • Bachelor’s degree or 4-year equivalent

What can I expect from the training provided?
Our training is facilitated in-house through our academy program, an accelerated learning environment designed to mould the best recruiters in the industry.
Our hands on workshops are designed to create a simulated learning environment where knowledge is acquired through practical application of job specific skills to help increase the velocity to success.
In addition, we have continuous training and development through weekly role play and mock pitch sessions to ensure consistency and best practice in recruitment and sales

Our recruiters work within a variety of different verticals (Executive, Sales & Business Development, Technical Engineering, Operations, Field Services, Corporate Functions, HSEQ) and markets (Upstream/Midstream/Downstream Oil & Gas, Mining & Metals, Chemical Manufacturing, Pulp & Paper, Food & Beveridge, Automotive Manufacturing)
Are there are any examples/bios of current employees who have progressed their careers after joining the Airswift Academy?
Yes! One team member was hired as an Associate Consultant (resourcer) in May 2018, promoted to recruitment consultant full desk within 6 months, now moving with the business to Colorado to help set up a new office and build out our capabilities in the Rockies.
In their first 4 months in the business, this recruiter billed an extremely impressive $130K ($103K in August alone!) and is now a recruitment specialist in the Midstream space focusing on mass hiring campaigns.
Another consultant was initially hired in 2018 through the academy to assist the executive search desk and is now moving into a full 360 degree consultant role in Corporate Functions (Finance, HR, Legal)
