    Hybrid Work Schedule

    We embrace the new normal of hybrid working! All employees have the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week. This is optional depending on your circumstances, but many enjoy the balance. We also accommodate flexible working, as long as you can work our core hours (10am-4pm). The choice is yours!

    Generous PTO

    During your first year at Airswift, each employee receives 80 hours Paid Time Off (PTO) per year in addition to 9 public holidays. Your PTO will also increase with length of service on your first, fourth and eighth anniversaries, up to 227 hours of PTO per year.

    Our holiday year runs from the 1st January to the 31st December.

    Monthly Excellence Awards
    This is our monthly recognition programme to celebrate our top employees of the month, voted by colleagues. Winners of the Excellence Awards receive a cash or voucher prize, plus an invitation to a virtual roundtable session held by our CEO, Janette Marx to celebrate your achievement with other Airswift winners around the globe.

    Long Service Awards
    We love to celebrate milestones at Airswift, so when you reach your 10 and 20 year anniversary, you’ll receive a special gift of your choosing, whether it’s a holiday abroad, or a brand new kitchen!

    Annual Airswift Lotto
    Launched in 2020, our annual lottery draw gives you the chance to win exciting rewards, such as a month’s salary, a holiday or even a new car. Tickets can be earned in a variety of ways throughout the year.

    Annual High Flyer Celebration
    We take our top performers from every department away each year to celebrate success and thank everyone for their hard work over the year. Flights, accommodation, meals and entertainment are all paid for with the location announced usually in Spring. Previous celebrations have been held in Miami, Buenos Aires, Dubai and Florence.

    Work Hard, Play Harder

    Transforming lives is more than just a tagline. With a calendar full of charity fun days and office events, we really put the FUN into FUNDRAISING. 

    Each year our offices come together for a global virtual Relay For Life to raise funds and awareness for cancer care. Divided into regional teams, each office location hosts a variety of events to bring awareness and raise funds to support a local cancer charity.

    Each year, Airswift celebrates Earth Week. Earth Week is a week-long global event centred around Earth Day that aims to promote and support our commitment to sustainability. Events are held locally around the business such as litter picks and tree planting to help raise awareness of the importance of protecting the environment whilst making a direct positive impact on the local community.

    Looking After You

    The health and well-being of our people are of extreme importance to us. 

    We believe our mental well-being is an important part of our overall health, which is why we have Mental Health First Aiders in every region. They are not therapists or psychiatrists, but should you ever need to talk to someone about how you are feeling, our Mental Health First Aiders are there to lend an ear and signpost you to any further support should you require it. We also have a dedicated Employee Assistance Helpline where you can speak to specially trained people to help you through some of the tough times. The service is free, completely confidential, and available 24/7.
