We are representing one of the European aircraft interior OEM to look for an independent and passionate Customer Support Manager in Hong Kong. Successful candidate will be reporting to approachable and highly recognized Director of Customer Support APAC and become the on-site representative to provide entry into service support and Aircraft On Ground (AOG) support to customers based in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
  • Support of the customer service sales process through technical clarification and potential improvements, MCP & Modifications to the customer
  • Coordination of consignment stock and inventory management for total care package program.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all customer service customer meetings including management level meetings, operation and scheduling meetings and coordination with MROs services.
  • Provide warranty analysis, cost calculation and immediate actions responsible for weekly reporting.
Requirement:
  • Minimum a bachelor degree in any field with minimum 5 years of relevant Aviation MRO Customer Relations or Field Support experience.
  • Excellent communication skill in English is required to deal with various stakeholders from diverse background and seniority.
  • Ability to work in a high dynamic work environment and deal with urgent issues that may arise during AOG.
