Airswift Solution

Airswift opened an office and set up in Chengdu, in Sichuan Province where our client's corporate project office would be located. Airswift immediately began providing expatriate contractor personnel in 2008 and took over hiring national contractors in 2013. Airswift had a dedicated point of contact for the client and the contractors, a client-focused recruitment team, and client-trained operational support. In addition, Airswift provided regular reporting to the client, including monthly and quarterly contractor satisfaction surveys to monitor performance.

Results

Airswift successfully provided all required disciplines, and as the sole supplier to the project, Airswift continues to provide support for three different companies on the Chuandongbei project. Since the start of supplying in 2008, Airswift has mobilised over 100 expatriates into the Sichuan Province alone, and the average length of contractor service is four to five years.
