In early 2017, our client established a presence in Maputo, Mozambique to support the Rovuma LNG project and needed to staff the office with experienced professionals from the local market, as well as a team based in the Cabo Delgado province.
Challenge
With no previous experience in country, a supplier was needed that could source talent across a variety of disciplines from both the local and international markets, advise on local regulations and ensure compliant operations.
