Challenge

The company required a Sales Manager to cover the southeast region of the UK.

Candidates would need a background in technical sales positions, demonstrated knowledge of the drug discovery process, and an existing network generated by previous sales into the biopharmaceutical market.

They were unable to source appropriate candidates in the region as they had only recently expanded into the UK.

Additionally, they faced the challenge of finding candidates who could easily travel to customers in the Oxbridge area and to the UK headquarters in Horsham.
