Background

From 2002 to 2013, Airswift worked in partnership with a major operator in Vietnam. Over the period of a decade, Airswift would support five projects with a total capex of US$2.2 billion and be appointed sole supplier status for three of the five projects.

Due to a change in Vietnamese law, Airswift collaborated with a local Vietnamese agency on one of the projects.

As well as talent acquisition, Airswift provided full global mobility services, including

• Work permits and visa management
• Medical coverage, including SOS emergency
• International housing sourcing
• Host country tax and immigration compliance

Results

Airswift successfully deployed over 170 contractors to the projects.

• Project 2 (US$290m) 36 contractors. 1 wellhead rise topside, 1 jacket
• Project 3 (US$850m) 40 contractors. 1 FSO, 1 central processing platform (CPP), 1 living quarter (LQ)
• Project 4 (US$250m) 32 contractors. 1 wellhead platform jacket and topsides
• Project 5 (US$450m) 21 contractors. 1 jacket
