Airswift changed its operating model and entity to Airswift-Aztechno to support Shah Deniz II, one of the largest gas developments in the world, in Azerbaijan. We provided contract personnel for the fabrication, commissioning and operation of platforms, FPSOs, pipelines, and onshore processing facilities. Beyond recruitment, we managed Service Provision to accommodate local hardships and challenges through in-country registration and local expertise.
Mobilised over 50 personnel to support the Jack ST. Malo project across the U.S. and South Korea, providing consistent customer service. Jack St. Malo is our client’s signature deepwater exploration project and is one of the largest semi-submersibles in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.
Successfully placed 110 candidates to the Frade's project, in Brazil, within the three-month time, administered 15 medical exams per person, maintained a contractor turnover rate of 4.7%, compared to the Brazilian oil industry’s average standing between 25%-40%, and was selected as Master Service Provider for all contingent labour, out of five global contingent labour providers.
