As an extension of 8 Rivers’ HR team, we provided comprehensive recruitment solutions, including headhunting, engaged search, and talent mapping, to build teams across engineering, project development, and corporate functions.
We developed salary structures, launched cobranded campaigns doubling 8 Rivers’ LinkedIn followers, and tapped Airswift’s global network to secure niche talent in hydrogen, specialty gas, and engineering, driving growth from 18 to 66+ employees in two years.
In 2017, Airswift supported the Rovuma LNG project by providing engineering recruitment services in Maputo and Cabo Delgado, Mozambique. Leveraging talent mapping, candidate screening, onboarding, and compliance checks, Airswift sourced over 70 key positions locally and internationally, achieving a 100% placement rate for a national hiring programme.

As expert engineering headhunters, Airswift was trusted to support the Sydney Metro project in Australia with recruitment for niche disciplines in ETCS, Signalling, Assurance, and Systems Engineering.
