The official religion of Kuwait is Islam. Due to the large population of expatriates, Kuwait also has a large community of Christians, Hindus and Buddhists. Business in Kuwait is quite similar to that of most predominantly Islamic countries. Therefore, business is focused on building personal relationships before deals are made.
