Jenny started in 2009 as a direct hire business development manager. After growing direct hire sales, she ran new business development efforts for contract hire in North America. She found her passion for developing others while managing her teams and created the learning & development department in 2013. Since it’s inception, Jenny and her partner, Liz Fiumara, have successfully executed training academies for sales, recruitment and leadership across the globe, while also creating a learning management system (LMS) to provide on-demand training for all employees. Jenny serves as a strategic partner to the Operations Board and Global Leadership Team, advising on corporate strategy and leadership development.

Why are you passionate about what you do?
In my book, coaching and developing others is the ultimate gift. It allows me to impact far more than my own career, but the wider organization. I enjoy listening to ideas and challenges, then using my creativity to support and action them. I truly love watching others thrive and being there to help them navigate their own ideas. It’s the most rewarding career ever!
