Jenny has been with Airswift since 2009. She delivered the business’ first Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) project and advanced to director of sales and recruitment, managing new business across North America. During this time, Jenny identified her passion of developing teams. In 2013, Jenny started the Learning & Development Department and founded the Airswift Academy, an accelerated training program for sales and recruitment. Jenny evolved as a strategic partner to the executive team by working with the board to develop strategic priorities and annual goals. Jenny has also consulted with clients on their leadership and business strategy needs and is a certifiedScaling Up Coach. Jenny currently serves as the head of customer experience, working with the Transformation Team to deliver tech enabled + human workforce solutions.
