Our client was awarded the Engineering, Procurement and Construction contract for a next-generation medicinal production facility for a leading European pharmaceutical company specialising in biological medicinal products.

Challenge

Being such a high-tech and highly specialised facility, it was of paramount importance that the plant be designed to the highest international standards, requiring the best talent available on the market. Our client required attraction and retention of contract personnel with relevant technical experience, professional proficiency in French, availability to mobilise quickly and be able to commute to the project site in Arras, which is two hours from Paris, the nearest major city.
