Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Airswift builds scalable, fully-integrated on-site recruitment models that combine with your business culture.

We conduct a thorough analysis of current recruitment processes and make informed recommendations to maximise their technology and workforce plans.

We take responsibility for any or all related activities, from:

  • Assessment and screening

Implementation can take from four to twelve weeks, depending on the scale and scope of the work. Once implementation is complete, Airswift takes full accountability for the management of the company-wide recruitment process
